This weeks challenge theme is: "art"~ I am still trying my hand at painting.......I ended up painting over the face and not giving it any shadows giving it a flat appearance. I am going to add a little bird that will sit cupped in her hands :-)
What a sweet angel. I have been working on faces forever, and every time I do one, it either works, half-works, or does not work at all. This morning, I painted completely over a face on a 14 x 16 piece that was haunting me. I had done so much work on it...but it was way blah! I have found that even one wrong bit of shading can really wreck my work. Because she has no details, she is safe! *grin* She is darling!
