I find a lot of wooden things relatively cheap. I guess there isn't a huge demand for wooden decor anymore. *wink* (was there ever?)
These were $1.00 each. The original price tag on the two large diamond shaped wooden carvings were $39.99 each...
More seashells, rocks and pirate stuff.... ok, its all pirate stuff....
I've been adding a lot of Japanese items to my pirate yard too... This little tea pot is charming with its little glass inserts. There is a little damage to it, but it just adds character right? The little fella behind the tea pot looks stunning now that I've painted him gold.
Lastly, a bunch of jewelry that I picked up for $7.00. I've already pulled apart several of the beaded strands to play around with. The white stone beads I'm planning on wire wrapping--- once I feel like doing that again... *yawn*
big hugs,
Nice stash! Of course the bling is my favorite. Lots of sales around this time of the year, but so far have not been to any this Fall. Actually have not been to any in some time. :(
ReplyDeleteWell, I for one love wood pieces and would have bought all of those and put them in my own home. Really great finds!
ReplyDeleteWow some great deals on those finds, I don't know what it is but I like wooden spoons, weird I know. Looks like some fun can be had with all the jewelry too!
ReplyDeleteI'm always looking for jewellery to take apart, and unique wooden pieces always seem to call out my name! Great finds!
